Backend Operation Supervisor - Manager (Magento)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Backend Operation Specialist with expertise in Magento. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the backend operations of our Magento-based e-commerce platform. The Backend Operation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the backend processes, data management, and overall efficiency of the Magento platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all backend operations within the Magento platform.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Magento backend infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize data flow and data integrity within the Magento system.
• Implement effective data migration, transformation, and scripting as necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of backend operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
• Proactively identify and address any issues related to the Magento backend.

• Monitor the performance of the Magento backend and implement measures to improve speed and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend operations with a focus on Magento.
• Proven experience in managing backend operations for Magento-based e-commerce platforms.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, data models, and backend processes.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting.
• Familiarity with web technologies and protocols.
