Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions for the brand
  • Create communication & promotional campaigns and branding efforts and assist in analyzing all marketing campaigns and monitoring brand quality
  • Develop and maintain Marketing budget, P/L
  • Develop and maintain weekly marketing calendar for the organization, including analysis and evaluation of prior retail activities for future decision making
  • Source for new market opportunities and propose a business expansion and market penetration strategy for the assigned brand to compete and grow internationally
  • Deal with local department store or landlord in the assigned country regarding and all related matters
  • Develop strong alliances with relevant local partners to reinforce the brands growth and strong position in international markets
  • Develop and execute retail special events on an individual store basis, including promotions, events and other marketing activities where feasible
  • Research the Industry bench marking, best practice identification and competitive intelligence for use in future marketing campaigns
  • Monitor troubled stores and recommend programs to elevate them to profitable growth
  • Conduct communication and execution of loyalty and CRM initiatives at the store level
  • Manage the website, ensuring that all content and promotions are up-to-date
  • Create a social media calendar and manage content for the selected channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. Work with internal teams to conceptualize and develop effective digital marketing ideas/campaigns
  • Work closely with the store managers on the marketing materials and support their requirements, including store promotions, signage and marketing collateral
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings and provide marketing updates, analysis, reports as requested inclusive of marketing initiatives or recommendations

Qualifications :

  • BA. Degree or higher in Marketing, Fashion Management or any related field
  • 5+ years of Retail/Fashion Marketing experience, ideally within another high-growth retail chain or any reputable fashion apparel company
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
  • Able to travel oversea country
  • Experience in preparing Marketing plan and budget
  • Knowledge of CRM and Social Media trends and best practices
  • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful public relations campaigns and event planning
  • Sound command of written and verbal English communication skills
  • Initiative and self-starter with a strong drive for results and sense of urgency
  • Extremely organized, dependable and self-confident
  • Strong computer skills - specifically knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
