About the job Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:-

  • Understand JASPAL Business and work with Talent Acquisition team to prepare manpower plan and budget, revise or set up recruitment policy and procedures, create strategies and campaigns to attract candidates at all levels
  • Manage recruitment areas and all facilities to be ready for welcoming applicants
  • Perform application prescreening and support Recruitment Manager in contacting and welcoming applicants
  • Prepare and submit candidate offer recommendation and follow up the approval until hiring
  • Make job offers to candidates in designated levels, prepare an employment contracts and facilitate in the whole hiring process as assigned by superiors
  • Build and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external parties according to recruitment and selection process.
  • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels and active use of recruitment tools
  • Assist in managing job advertisements in Company website, public websites, banners, magazines and other sources
  • Coordinate with college, universities, and all manpower sources to conduct recruitment communication activity
  • Coordinate with line managers and team involved for internship program
  • Weekly update with CPO and HR Business Partner on recruitment progress and manpower status
  • Support the superior to launch and implement the HR projects/activities in align with the policy
  • Handle the recruitment for affiliated companies in Vietnam, Cambodia, and China (for candidate with strong English Proficiency and ready for International Recruitment task)
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future

Qualifications:-

  • BA. in Human Resources Management, Political Science in any areas relevant to HRM or Business Administration, English or any related major.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in human resources management, experience in recruitment and selection is preferred
  • Good knowledge and/or experience in standard practice of HRM and labor law/practices
  • Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and able to manage priorities
  • Mature and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work under pressure with can do and positive attitude, self-motivated and team spirit
  • Good at computer-literate, preferable in Microsoft Offices (Ms Word, MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of social network is preferred
  • Good command of English both reading, verbal and written
