Mission

Under the responsibility of the line manager has the following missions:

- The Designer is responsible for creating original concepts in style, color and materials by interpreting home lifestyle trends.

Key Duties & Activities

1. Managing design process from the conception through to final styling

To ensure success you will be able to spot trends, capture the spirit of times in your creation and display business acumen in your ability to apply product strategy:

- Presenting mood board, colors and samples to line manager

- She will produce sketches and make seasonal presentations of proposed designs

- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, material and techniques and seeking design inspiration

- Decide on material, colors and pattern and adjust them until the final products meet the business objective

- Manages technical design, packaging and ensure product is in alignment with business strategy

- Visit and/or send all comments of development sample to the international and local supplier

- Partner with merchandiser that fits within the costing parameters and target customer profile.


Qualifications

- Experiences in home decoration design, knowledge of bed/bath

linen, soft furnishing, table wear

- Excellent sense of style, colors and design conceptual skills

- Ability to do sketches by hand

- Creative, Pro-active & Reactive

- Communication skills

- Curious

-  Great command in English

- Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft Pack Office
