About the job Buying & Merchandise Planning Assistant Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- § Support setting of brands online targets and periodically performance monitoring providing data reports
- § Analysis of pricing strategy, promotions and vouchers. He/she contributes to identify patterns and insights that improve conversion rate.
- § Support assortment selection and stock allocation to reach planned targets and minimize out of stock.
- § Work closely with buyer and marketing departments to implement effective product selection and merchandising in order to ensure optimal placement and promotion.
- § Responsible of stock shipment and inbound to facilitate any kind of business model.
- § Overlook fulfilment operations ensuring a smooth integration with internal processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative sciences: engineering, math, economics.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, able to present and use Power Point.
- 3 to 5-year experience in eCommerce industry is preferred, retail, FMCG or consultancy firms are also considered.
- Experience with Fashion industry is a plus.
- Accurate and reliable, has strong analytical base and capacity to identify trends, patterns and correlations from data reading.
- Able to work with internal team and external 3P, also able to present to management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with imperfect information in a fast-changing environment.
- Can analyze complexity and organize information in a simplified way for reporting, support teamwork, internal training or management presentations.
