Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Apply your technical expertise and provide valuable support in various project activities, such as site surveys, tower design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction crews, and vendors, to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation meticulously, including drawings, specifications, and project reports, maintaining accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications to create a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient project management processes and tools, aimed at optimizing project delivery and maximizing productivity.
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections to ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the required standards.
  • Play an active role in the development of project proposals, providing valuable input on project scope, cost estimates, and technical specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project engineering for telecommunication tower erection projects.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of tower design, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations pertaining to telecommunication tower erection projects.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
