As a member of the Customer Engagement team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions for the customer segment across emerging markets. You will work closely with the Customer Engagement Directors and Products & Solutions Specialists to enable solutions that address partner needs while leveraging the unique competitive advantages that the company's solutions offer.

What you will do:

  • Work with existing partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Liaise with internal teams in product and engineering to facilitate new initiatives with the aim of enriching the current accounts with new solutions
  • Drive growth agenda and profitability plans through organic initiatives
  • Proactively identify themes and develop propositions that challenge the status quo and deliver valued thought leadership for customers, resulting in innovation and market evolution
  • Boost Customer Satisfaction and value
  • Ensure Business targets are met, and revenues are optimized to meet company targets
  • Observe market trends, monitor the product portfolios performance against targets and evaluate potential challenges to implement action plans
  • Travel and meet senior account stakeholders from time to time
  • Ensure all client relationship is at the optimal levels
  • Share customer knowledge and insights through an effective information flow
  • Work with the legal team to ensure consistent delivery of a compliant product

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Mobile Financial Services, Consumer/SMME lending, Fintech Company/ PaaS
  • Strong team management skills and experience with managing a team of plus 20 members
  • Experience in managing accounts of more than +$20m
  • Experience handling relationships with multicultural partners in multiple regions
  • Strong attention to detail and culture-diversified mindset
  • Degree holder in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline preferable
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
  • Dynamic, passion for the Fintech industry and knowledge of the market/competitors
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical, numerical, written communication and excellent organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of contracts and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
