Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist clients in opening new bank accounts and setting up payment methods
  • Process payments, track deposits, and maintain precise financial records
  • Verify client information and ensure compliance with Liberty Mutual policies
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries about accounts and payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction or account-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data
  • Identify opportunities to improve client payment processes and overall satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. resident
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in banking, finance, accounting, or customer service is a plus
