About the job Seller Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Helping sellers to register their stores on JD.ID and be familiar with the Seller platform;

  • Organizing the daily activities of the Marketplace team;

  • Planning and selecting a range of products based on market trends in Indonesia;

  • Building a marketplace team and handling any problems occurred;

  • Giving fresh ideas on seller experience and operations;

  • Maintaining daily/monthly/weekly reports of store operation;

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.

  • Seller experience or marketplace operating experience is a must.

  • Data-driven, and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy and oriented automation.

  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin is a must.
