Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer service team in performing daily activities
  • Maintain day to day call center escalation
  • Closely monitor and control performance of customer service team
  • Closely monitor, manage, and solve all complaints from both customers and clients
  • Managing and maintaining daily communications with customers and clients related to complaints
  • Provide insightful feedback of client and customer to management and provide the solution to management to prevent similar complaint in the future
  • Performing continues improvement plan in the customer service department


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial level
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skill
  • Experience in Financial Industry
  • Have a caring personality
  • English is mandatory
  • Have a strong will and dream to achieve company vision
