About the job CS Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead customer service team in performing daily activities
- Maintain day to day call center escalation
- Closely monitor and control performance of customer service team
- Closely monitor, manage, and solve all complaints from both customers and clients
- Managing and maintaining daily communications with customers and clients related to complaints
- Provide insightful feedback of client and customer to management and provide the solution to management to prevent similar complaint in the future
- Performing continues improvement plan in the customer service department
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial level
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skill
- Experience in Financial Industry
- Have a caring personality
- English is mandatory
- Have a strong will and dream to achieve company vision
