Job Descriptions:

  1. Day-to-day service delivery arrangement and monitoring
  2. Maintaining service quality and staff improvement skill
  3. Capacity fulfilment and management
  4. Material and tools maintained and management
  5. Proceeding staff claim (gasoline, telecommunication, overtime, etc)
  6. Maintaining cost of staff

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in the same field minimum 3 years
  2. Experience in customer handling, CS, and services industry minimum 3 years
  3. Good in communication, leadership, and problem solving thinking
  4. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft excel)
  5. Fluent in English
