Main Responsibilities:

    • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to CX CS projects or initiatives.
    • Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    • Complete change management assessments that related with customer.
    • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
    • Be an auditor for all changes and initiatives within CSCX department.

    Job Requirement:

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Business Analyst, Change Management field
    • Ability in identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
    • Able to get support and engage senior leaders
    • Ability to coordinate efforts with other specialists
    • Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
