Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance-focused media strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic platforms
Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to drive acquisition and engagement
Implement tracking frameworks including UTMs, pixels, and conversion tracking
Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis and A/B testing
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
Strong understanding of attribution, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
Analytical mindset with strong organizational and collaboration skills
