About the job HR & Administration Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and HR functions across multiple regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle petty cash, track daily expenses, and prepare monthly financial summaries.
  • Support logistics, travel arrangements, and communication with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate with the companys operating teams to resolve administrative or technical issues.

Human Resources Support

  • Maintain and update employee files and records (contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).
  • Assist in recruitment processes posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Help organize employee events, training sessions, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Turkish is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
