What Will You Do?

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by researching and identifying qualified prospects.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings.
  • Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate how our solution addresses them.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure strong handoffs to the sales team.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategy, optimize messaging, and share insights from the field.
  • Manage all outreach activities in HubSpot CRM, keeping data clean and current for forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve lead quality and sales enablement initiatives.

What Will You Need?

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Were also open to early-career professionals or career changers eager to start their SDR journey with relevant transferable skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high outbound volume and maintain energy, curiosity, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills comfortable building rapport quickly over the phone and email.
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to track outreach and report on progress.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC for lead qualification.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to the El Segundo office.
