Who Are We?
Were a fast-growing, developer-first platform powering integrations for thousands of applications and enabling both low-code builders and advanced engineering teams to automate workflows at scale. With a deep engineering culture and ~3,000 integrations already on the platform, were expanding the foundation that powers our AI agent builder and core integration products.
This role sits at the center of that engine owning the integrations pipeline end-to-end, coordinating with major technology partners, and shaping how we accelerate integration development using data and AI. Its a high-visibility role with direct access to the founding team and a clear growth path into product management.

What Will You Do?

Lead the integrations backlog prioritize work based on customer demand, engineering feasibility, partner requirements, and strategic value.

Drive partner certification and approvals for major vendors; own communication, documentation, and compliance workflows.

Coordinate contractor teams responsible for building connectors and ensure delivery quality.

Maintain integration health: monitor issues, debug failures, and collaborate with engineering, support, and sales.

Lead migration plans when apps introduce breaking changes.

Own verification workflows to ensure integrations ship correctly and remain reliable.

Longer-term: explore how data and AI can increase integration velocity, quality, and automation.

What Will You Need?

37 years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or early PM roles within SaaS or API-driven environments.

Comfort reading API docs, understanding OAuth flows, and debugging integration issues.

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and external partners.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company with enterprise partners.

Execution-first mindset comfortable owning deadlines, driving process, and unblocking others.

Natural curiosity and an interest in AI, automation, and developer tooling.

A track record of independently driving outcomes and growing scope over time.
