Our proprietary dataset includes over 10 million components and is now powering the next generation of AI-driven engineering tools.
Fresh off a VC-backed funding round, were scaling aggressively and hiring our first sales leader to build out the GTM motion from the ground up. You'll be selling a deeply technical SaaS product with real traction, real users, and massive market potential.

What You'll Do

Full-cycle sales ownership: From outbound prospecting to closing mid- and high-value deals ($800K+ annual quota).

Business development: Identify and execute creative outreach strategies email, social, partnerships, events.

Solution selling: Use proprietary data and technical value props to drive ROI-based sales conversations.

Sales strategy & feedback loops: Partner with product and engineering to feed real-time insights into roadmap decisions.

Contract negotiation: Work closely with legal, finance, and ops to close deals quickly and cleanly.

Market expansion: Help define our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and materials based on real-world conversations.
What You'll Need

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally at a seed or Series A startup

Demonstrated success with $800K$1M+ quotas and multi-month sales cycles

Strong technical acumen experience with technical SaaS products or a technical degree

Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and building pipeline from scratch

Strong written and verbal communication skills able to translate technical value to diverse stakeholders

Builder mindset: You're scrappy, decisive, collaborative, and fast-moving

Able to work in-person 3 days a week (M/W/F) in Redwood City
Must NOT Have

Current role at a public company or only experience in slow-moving orgs

More than 2 job changes within a year in the last 5 years

Only experience in sales engineering (this is a quota-carrying AE role)

Only personal or non-VC-funded startup experience

Remote-only candidates (this is a hybrid, in-office role)
Strongly Preferred

Technical SaaS AE experience with quota-carrying responsibility
