Fresh off a successful funding round backed by elite investors, were scaling operations and hiring a high-ownership Business Operations Manager to help us grow intentionally and sustainably.

What You'll Do

Finance Ops: Oversee invoicing, expenses, vendor payments, and budget tracking (QuickBooks experience required)

Business Ops: Own company insurance, systems, vendor relationships, and operational infrastructure

Executive & People Ops: Drive company OKRs, manage internal reviews, support recruiting and onboarding

Systems Design: Build and optimize workflows across tools and teams

Cross-functional Leadership: Partner closely with founders and lead strategic initiatives

Recruiting Support: Help scale the team by managing coordination and candidate logistics
What You'll Need

5+ years in a startup or high-growth tech company in an operational or generalist role

Experience with finance, business operations, and internal systems

Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities

Tech-savvy comfortable configuring tools and integrations

Fluent in QuickBooks and capable of owning all financial workflows

Highly organized, proactive, and obsessed with operational excellence

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make high-judgment tradeoffs

Currently employed or actively working

Available to work in-office M/W/F in Redwood City
