CFD Senior / Account Manager (China IB Market Focus)

About Our Client

Our client is a financial services provider registered with ASIC (Australia) & CYSEC (Cyprus), providing online Foreign Exchange (Forex) trading services, offering Margin FX and CFD Trading to individuals and institutional clients. Footprint across APEC, SEA, and EU with international teams of over 200 professionals.

About the Position

The role is newly created and reports to the Head of Sales. The local team is expected to grow from 5 members upto 20 members across the region.

• Report to the Head of Sales and develop a business plan to achieve goals for both new and existing client base (China and/or SEA)
• Provide exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain customer relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients
• Conduct comprehensive market research about various factors related to the economy, country policy, and competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing promotion campaigns
• Utilize the CRM system to evaluate customer data and evaluate current and potential customers' activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the finance industry
• Experience gained from the CFD FX industry is a must
• A proven track record of successfully generating sales revenue, leading and motivating diverse teams
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
