CEO | Leading & Sizeable Security Firm | HKD 2M

Our client is one of the leading & sizeable security firms with 1,000+ workforce. Offering a wide variety of services from security services & control, property management, environmental and hygiene management, and facilities management to its clients across Hong Kong and China.

The key focus of the CEO will be covering strategic business growth, operational excellence, client and stakeholder management, financial management, and leadership & Organizational Development.

Key Responsibility: 

• Ensure transparent communication and trust are being developed with board members, investors, regulators, and key clients.
• Drive investor relations and market positioning to enhance shareholder value.
• Provide exceptional leadership to drive the business strategic direction and grow, ensuring alignment with the group's KPI and regulatory compliance.
• Develop excellent business opportunities for revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion, including tendering, contract renewals, and expansion into new service lines.
• Company financial P&L management, budget management, cost efficiency, revenue streams, cash flow, and investment strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence across all business units in maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Review, design, and implement efficient staffing models, balancing cost control with operational resilience.
• Develop and promote a performance-driven & learning culture, ensuring manpower is competently trained, motivated, and aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance with regulatory standards
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering succession planning and talent retention.
• Championship in diversity, ethics, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements & Expectation

• Bachelors degree holder
• Minimum 15+ years in senior leadership roles within security services, risk management, or financial sectors, with experience in a listed company environment.
• Proven track record in managing large portfolios and P&L exceeding $100M+.
• High integrity upholds ethical standards in a high-risk, high-trust industry.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Tech-savvy proficiency in data analytics tools and security tech platforms.
• Exceptional leadership ability with a successful track record of transformation, organizational development, and crisis management.
• Strategic financial management expertise in budgeting, M&A, and capital allocation in a security firm.
• Excellent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Global mindset experience in international security operations or listed company governance is a plus.
