About The Role:

• Execute existing projects, respond to RFQs, and provide technical support to customers
• Take over and nurture key accounts
• Engage and cultivate new customers for sales opportunities.
• Create strategies and take action to achieve sales targets
• Conduct customer site visits in Hong Kong and Macau
• Coordinate orders with factories and contractors.
• Provide solutions to vendors/suppliers during product development
• Build strong relationships with customers, and work on branding and marketing.
• Coordinate ODM/OEM for companys private brand, as well as imported suppliers.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Diploma, Degree in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in sales and marketing in MVAC is preferred
• Self-confident, able to work independently under pressure and proactive
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Sales Engineer or
  manager grade.
• Experience related to project management of E&M / MVAC projects is preferred
• Experience managing projects with facilities management companies is preferred
