Client Offer:

  • HKD 40,000 per month x 12

  • Working hours: 9 am 6 pm / 11 am 8 pm (Cover evening event is required)


About The Role:

As Sales & Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of effective educational products and experiences. Your overall objective will be to Lead and develop education and eLearning programs ensuring established financial goals and customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to promote the highest standards of business ethos and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the school's learning objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations and sales performance of 3 to 5 learning centers in Hong Kong.
  • Lead and inspire our frontline staff and teams to give exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve long-term sustainable growth of the business in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Work closely with the Head office on achieving annual revenue goals.
  • Manage the administration, personnel, and operation of the education center.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Manage the daily affairs of the tutorial center to ensure the smooth operation of the school premises.
  • Organize courses and formulate administrative arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in education.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders parents, teachers, and school representatives to achieve sales goals and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Provide professional education consultation to customers.
  • Run special programs and registration, such as Model UN Conference and competition.
  • Strong sales-driven and hunter mindset.
  • Experience in the Education industry is an advantage.
  • Have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and people management skills, sharp business acumen, and customer service orientation.
  • Be a creative yet pragmatic problem solver.
  • Be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • May require taking shifts and working in the evenings or weekends occasionally, especially for special events.
  • Willing to travel with student delegations to the UK and the US or in the region for competitions and conferences.
