About Our Client

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact and identify potential Japanese customer base through social media, SMS, and online channels.
  • Identify and evaluate potential customers' needs by providing exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain the customer relationship.
  • Provide relevant Financial product/service introductions and convert potential customers into real customers.
  • Maintain good communication and follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback and provide suggestions for product/service optimization.

Qualifications:

  • More than 2 years of sales support experience in financial technology or related industries.
  • Experience gained from the CFD FX industry is an advantage
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in Japanese are a must.
  • Familiar with social media channels.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, proactive and flexible in solving problems.
