Digital Marketing Manager | Bappbti Licensed | Indonesia

Our client is under one of the leading CFD brokers in the market. The group with over 2000 employees, with international financial licenses across Australia (ASIC), the United Kingdom (FCA), the Cayman Islands (CIMA), South Africa (FSCA), and Vanuatu (VFSC). Specialising in online CFD trading platforms and services.

VIG recently granted the Bappbti future license for expanding the Commodity and FX trading business. And applying for the Market Maker license by the group. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to establish the Marketing function in achieving the business goal of short-term and long-term objectives.

• Report to the Regional Manager of APAC and manage marketing teams

• Establish the marketing team structure and lead the team to achieve goals and project milestones

• Plan and develop lead acquisition campaigns, achieve lead quantity, and lead quality target

• Develop a go-to-market plan for potential new markets

• Develop a retention marketing strategy and plan to increase repeat customers

• Manage the branding marketing for local and regional marketing activities including promotions, online marketing, CRM, and events

• Develop digital marketing strategy including SEO / SEM, database, and social media.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel and optimize the results.

• Conduct market research and identify trends and insights into new technology and market

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

• Utilize CRM system to evaluate customers data and evaluate current and potential customers' activities.

• Research and analyse market trends, adjust business strategy to adapt

• Marketing forecasting and budgets, setting and achieving targets

• Adhere to and implement corporate culture across fellow countries

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, PR, Communication

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance industry

• Experience gained from the Bappbti Licensed FX & Commodity industry would be an advantage

• A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams

• Strong analytical skills and detail-minded

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
