Salary: Annual $650,000 (13 months) + Car Allowance $6,200 / month + Year End Bonus (2 months nominal)

- Reports to the Head of HK, TW and Macau
- Manage a team of 9: 1 Assistant Sales Manager, 2 Sales Admins, 2 Lab Technicians, 3 Equipment Engineers, 1 Service Engineer.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned sales targets and gross profits.
- Manage a team of eight people, including sales, sales coordinators, and technicians.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers requiring assistance with professional knowledge.
- Identify clear project requirements and communicate with stakeholders from multiple functions, including Marketing, R&D and Operations. Ensure project goals are delivered on time and within stakeholders and team's expectations.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Understand business drivers and initiatives, and identify value added for the customer.
- Liaise with R&D to deal with new product / market development activities, technical issues, and complaints.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Understand the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs.
- Analyse market potentials, track sales forecasts and status reports.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferable in Chemistry or Engineering.
- 10 years or above sales / technical experience in which min. 5 years in managerial level, preferrable in the concrete related industry.
- Knowledge of construction / concrete / manufacturing is preferred.
- Willing to take new challenges, able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner, capable to coach the team and work cross-departmentally.
- Excellent in spoken & written English and fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Proactive, Mature, flexible, presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, creative, initiative, and detail minded.
