Our client is a regulated entity with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. The headquarter in Australia since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets.
Rotating monthly Shift
- 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- 3.00 pm to 12.00 am (Shift allowance MYR 70 per day)
- Saturday and Sunday full day work : payrate 1.5x
For weekend shift will be rotate in 2 weeks
Benefits (After completion of probationary)
- Annual Leave: 1st year 14 days (after 2nd years until 7 years will be increase 1 days, which mean maximum until 20 days)
- Birthday Leave: 1 day
- Compassionate Leave: 3 days and able to apply for immediate family ONLY
- Marriage Leave: 3 days
- Medical Leave: 14 days per year
- Spot Incentive: Total is MYR 125.00 / month, which is able to claim for Medical claim, chiropractic, and dental
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle the processing of customer application forms from all channels.
- Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
- Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve any queries or concerns. use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and share insights.
- Managing day-to-day tasks associated with delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma - Required skills: MS Word & Excel
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
- Applicants must be independent, self-driven, strongly committed and result-oriented
- Good planning, problem-solving, organization, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on hand and handle high volumes of work.
- Familiarity with the FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
- Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Candidate fluency in Japanese language writing and speaking can be an added advantage.
