Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and oversee regional sales strategies and business plans within Southeast Asia
  • Identify new market opportunities, new trends and develop sales growth strategies.
  • Identify key clients and partners across Southeast Asia and build sustainable relationships with these clients through varied retention strategies
  • Recruit, manage and provide direction to the Country Managers and business development teams fostering a successful and positive team environment
  • Report to senior stakeholders to highlight progress achieved against KPIs
  • Establish best practices and enforce compliance with regulations to keep the business efficient
  • Identify new markets to expand to and perform market research to substantiate the business plan
  • Manage new market expansion and maintain the process setting up in the new country
  • Prepare sales forecast, establish sales goals for the new market set up and communicate these to marketing and the sales teams
  • Maximise growth potential in the region
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance, correct deficiencies where necessary
  • Ensure that the regional sales plan aligns with and supports corporate revenue goals
