They provide a wide range of financial instruments (FX, Bullion, Commodity, and Crypto) for an international client base of individuals, institutions, and brokers. Hong Kong is the regional hub for its APAC business operations, with a high level of strategic of business and manpower planning to achieve the business goal.

About The Role

The role will be based in the Hong Kong Office and is expected to have generalist knowledge and experience in both online and offline Marketing, including content marketing, distribution, events, and digital. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager to implement all aspects of marketing activities within APAC


Job Description

  • Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, youtube and content marketing. Formulate strategies to build awareness and engagement for brands
  • Apply generative AI in simplifying workflows and creative process
  • Create content, plan and launch advertising campaigns
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success, provide insights, and improve ROI.
  • Work with content creators to produce engaging, industry-specific materials tailored to financial services and CFD trading.
  • Work with shareholders, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Experience gained from CFD FX / Fintech / Financial Industry will be highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Display/Paid Social)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, Ahrefs and SEMrush
  • Independent, proactive, and result-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Versatile, highly adaptive in a fast-moving and dynamic working environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese
