Our client is a main contractor & a member of HK Stock Exchange Construction Developer and is a prominent local brand with over 50 years of professional experience in construction. They are principally engaged in the core construction and property development businesses with the professional capability to undertake large integrated construction projects.

• The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Passenger Clearance Building

About The Role

• Provide leadership in the area of civil engineering to achieve the project objectives of growth, profitability, staff, clients, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and supervise various complex / larger scale project statuses, cost control, and project management.
• Frequent and effective liaison and communication with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and government regularly on project progress and performance
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements, local Government ordinances, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Provide direction to the team and master the program, manpower, materials, and plant schedule.
• Provide technical leadership in civil engineering aspects across projects managed by own or others.
  
  

Requirement

• Relevant engineering degree in civil.
• MHKIE or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline.
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in managing the delivery of government civil and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to articulate clear directions.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a diverse group of team members with different skills, abilities, and cultural nuances/attributes.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, identify and manage risks.
• Be a highly motivated self-starter and able to meet tight deadlines.
