Our client is a world-class Hong Kong-based E&M contractor/supplier with over 3000+ engineering experts crossing SEA and Greater China. 

As a market leader, they are specializing in E&M Contracting Services, Equipment, Architectural Fitting, Building Services, HVAC, Facility Management, Energy Management, and System & Data Centre Infrastructure for the government, private commercial, and private residential sectors. 

To cope with the growth of the business and expansion of new market segments, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their well-established Team in Hong Kong. An excellent career path to develop People Management and Leadership responsibilities. 

Salary & Benefit 

• Monthly salary: HK$30,000
• Attractive bonus scheme - 2.5 months of salary

Responsibilities 

• Project sales management for the Gondola / Car Park System business, from tendering, budget proposal, and design development to the execution of projects 
• Ensure all site works are completed in a safe, timely, quality, and cost-effective manner 
• Responsible for developing new business opportunities through product portfolio expansion 
• Market & competitor analysis, pipeline management, and market penetration 
• Provide all necessary support to customers through the project cycle Ad-hoc duties when required 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering 
• 5 years of Project or Sales Engineer experience in E&M product or Building Services 
• Well-organized and attention to detail 
• Positive thinking and good communication skills 
• Good in both English and Chinese Immediately available is highly preferred
