About the job CFD Social Media Executive | FX | Fintech
Our client is a regulated entity with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. The headquarter in Australia since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets. The Malaysia team has approximately 10 members in risk, sales, marketing, and CS. And continue to grow the Risk & Data teams with additional headcounts of 10.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content and follow the best practices
- Measure the success of social media campaigns
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizations
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback on social media
About you:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within agencies or inhouse
- Hands on experience in successfully developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Ins, X, LinkedIn, Instagram,RedNote, WeChat, WeiBo and other social media best practices
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Sound understanding of social media KPIs
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese
