About Our Client

Holding licenses of CYSEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority), and ASIC (Wholesale). With international offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and Cyprus.


They provide a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, metals, energy, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and stocks CFDs for their international client base of individual, institutional, and introducing brokers.


About the Role

  • Report and work closely with the Group HR Manager & Business Head for the full spectrum of HR & Admin services to front-line and back-office staff.
  • Liaise closely with line manager on recruitment needs, advise manpower plans, and employee performance management.
  • Managing the full recruitment process of hiring, from marketing mapping, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and commission calculation, MPF, Taxation, and insurance review.
  • Maintain and manage HR records, and employee databases.
  • Prepare HR data and monthly reports for management review.
  • Provide full-scale Office Management & Administrative duties support for all staff.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience in the Fintech or financial industry.
  • A proven track record in recruitment is required
  • Details-minded and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
