About The Role:

  • Determine the long-term strategic direction and lead the businesses to achieve Groups objectives
  • Oversee all operations and monitor business performance to maximize sales, costing, manpower efficiency, and customer service quality standards while maintaining brand values
  • Responsible for strategic planning, managing P&L, budget control and forecast, promotion strategy, crisis management, new business development, and other decision-making duties
  • Lead different sub-teams (i.e. procurement, tech, financing) to develop and implement business plans for enhancing the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and human assets to accommodate the rapid and expanding growth of the organization and address the potential threats and opportunities
  • Monitor progress and performance against targets, taking corrective action where necessary to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate brand planning and management, organize and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building
  • Identify business opportunities and achieve sales target

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience at least 5 years at the managerial level; Experience in the building material or construction industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent business visionary with passion and determination to expand the business
  • Familiar with corporate operations, possess professional knowledge in corporate strategic planning and operation management
  • Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making as well as management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, rich experience in building up relationships across business, functional, and operational units
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
