Recently granted the Bappbti future license (Registered to OJK and BI) for expanding the Commodity and FX trading business. And applying for the Market Maker license by the group. They are looking for a CEO / Head of Business to establish the Sales team in achieving the business goal of short-term and long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Indonesia, in line with company objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage local and regional partners, including introducing brokers, affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Build and lead a results-driven business development team to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to pursue new leads, increase market share, and drive conversion and retention.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to refine strategic plans.
  • Ensure business development practices comply with internal policies and market-specific regulations.
  • Represent the brand at financial seminars, networking events, and regional business forums.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to support product development and market positioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within financial services, fintech, or online trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial markets, with experience in product distribution, trading platforms, or liquidity solutions.
  • Prior exposure to trading technologies such as MetaTrader 4/5 is preferred.
  • Well-connected within the financial services or fintech ecosystem, with the ability to bring or develop a client portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on strategic execution and business growth.
