Requirement

• Degree in Engineering
• 5-8 years of Engineering or Manufacturing related experience in lighting / HVAC product
• Track record of past success completed project is required.
• With excellent skills in relationship maintenance and building.
• Extensive skills in research, analysis, and comparison are important.
• Enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

The Duties

• As a Head of lighting & HAVC division, mainly responsible for team resources and manpower for suitable projects.
• Drive engagement by building a professional and proactive relationship with all key stakeholders within the industry.
• Customize business solution and account configuration by involving from tendering to project delivery.
• Responsible for tendering and estimation, contractor management, project cost review, and pricing negotiation.
• Attending both internal and external meetings from design stats, site visits, and delivery.
• Strategic implementation of innovative solutions uplifts industry-standard, productivity, and safety through
• Work closely with internal teams to implement and evaluate business development activities.
• Any ad hoc tasks/projects will be assigned by management.
