About The Role

Reporting functionally on a day-to-day basis about operational issues to the factory manager of China, the Finance Director and the COO of the group in Netherlands. Supervise the preparation of management & financial reports (PRC) under manufacturing, trading & wholesales accounting focus.

• Station in Zhuhai factory and occasionally travel between Zhuhai and Shanghai sales office.
• Leading the Finance department of 4 people, supervising monthly management reporting package to HQ for consolidation purposes.
• Supervise financial administration within the PRC region.
• Prepare manufacturing costing and transfer price modeling.
• Interpret operating results to the management in relation to the financial performance of different.
• The operation focuses on companies (trading, manufacturing & wholesales) within the region, preparing cash flow projections, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and various analyses for management evaluation.
• Monitor the ERP system for continuous improvement.
• Formulate and monitor internal control for deficiencies and provide solutions.
• Coordinate and liaise with local government officials, auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and Lawyers.
• Preparing ad hoc multi-unit operational business cases for investment proposals

Requirement

• About 10 years of finance & accounting working experience with at least 3 years in management level gained from PRC-related manufacturing company
• An accounting degree
• Member of professional accounting qualifications
• Self-starter and finance project initiator/lead skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
