Job Profile

  • Report to the CEO and lead the Teaching & Learning team for course review, manpower allocation, curriculum design
  • Topics of discussion include policy, technology, environmental issues, science, history, and culture
  • Curriculum design and content creation in achieving the various skills and objectives, including problem-solving, critical thinking, logical reasoning
  • Enthusiastic and able to excite students to achieve their full potential with specific skills and techniques, such as elocution, contention building, rebuttal, and weighing
  • Create interactive learning spaces and set high expectations, through mock debates, collaboration, and technical and analytical exercises
  • Lead the students in the public competition and mentoring

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, ideally in Law, Politics, or International Relations
  • Show a track record in debate and public speaking competitions
  • Minium 5 years of team management experience is required
  • Demonstrate experience in mock trials, moot courts, or Model UN
  • Familiar with digital teaching tools
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English

Working schedule

  • 5 days work & initially from Monday to Saturday
  • Potentially day off: 1 weekday & Sunday
