Job Description



  • Plan and develop lead acquisition campaigns, achieve lead quantity, and lead quality target
  • Develop a go-to-market plan for potential new markets for both IB / Individual clients
  • Develop a retention marketing strategy and plan to increase repeat customers
  • Manage the branding marketing for local and regional marketing activities including promotions, online marketing, CRM, and events
  • Develop digital marketing strategy including database, and social media.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel and optimize the results.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Utilize CRM system to evaluate customers data and evaluate current and potential customers' activities.
  • Research and analyse market trends, adjust business strategy to adapt
  • Support digital marketing & creative related projects
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments and progress
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending & performance based on the insights

Job Requirements



  • Degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years marketing experience, solid campaign management experience is required, preferably in financial industry or agency background experience for financial institutions
  • Flexible, adaptive to fast paced environment, and able to meet tight deadlines with quality output
  • Strong ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
