Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Director in handling alteration, refurbishment, maintenance, enhancement, and condition survey consultancy projects.
• Liaise with clients/property owner representatives in respect of consultancy projects.
• Responsible for end-to-end project management, from design tasks and preparing statutory submissions / tender documents.
• Monitor contractors' activities, conduct site inspections, and contract administration.
• Any other duties assigned by the Directors.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Surveying or Architectural Studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Able to work independently and meet tight project schedules.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
