Recently granted the Bappbti future license (Registered to OJK and BI) for expanding the Commodity and FX trading business. And applying for the Market Maker license by the group. They are looking for a CEO / Head of Business to establish the Sales team in achieving the business goal of short-term and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Gross Deposits, Net Deposits, and retention rates through strategic local initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of local sales representatives.
  • Execute localized campaigns and coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor lead-to-deposit funnel performance using CRM tools and Excel reports.
  • Address client inquiries and escalations effectively.

Requirements Experience

  • 5 years experience in forex/CFD/crypto/fintech retail sales in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and meet monthly sales KPIs.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, WhatsApp/Telegram-based selling, and CRMs.
  • Existing team of local sales and leaders.
  • Existing network of local IBs or affiliates.
  • Experience running offline events or trading seminars.
  • Knowledge of local regulations

Commission & Bonus Structure

  • If 100% of branch New Funded Account or Gross Deposit target is met, has Bonus = 1x monthly base salary
  • If 80% of Net Deposit target is met, has Bonus = 0.5x base salary
  • Override Commission: 35% of Lot commission generated by the team
  • Individual Bonus: Additional IDR bonus for top performers (e.g., top 3 agents monthly) 
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 2x monthly salary if all KPIs met consistently
