About the job Partnership Success Manager / Associate
Our client is a globally regulated Forex and CFD broker, founded in 2017 with over 50 years of combined industry experience. The group is catering to both retail and institutional clients offering customised pricing and liquidity setups. Their global footprint across to 10 countries with over 100 employees in providing the world class trading services to its clients, with core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Curiosity, Tenacity and Excellence.
Currently, they are looking for the Partnership Success Manager / Associate to join their Malaysia team. The role is reporting to the Country Manager, majorly responsible to develop and drive partnership sales and grow our business. You will be developing and maintaining strong network of partners including IBs (introducing brokers), asset managers, affiliates, and white labels.
Salary & Commission:
- Basic salary up to MYR 6,500
- New Account / Active IB bonus
- Net deposit commission up to 2%
- Trading volume commission up to 2.2 / lot

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationship with all clients for their retention of prospects.
- Actively follow financial markets. Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and their commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with partners to ensure a partnership is commercially viable and sound for the company.
- Execute company planning and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
- Any other duties reasonably required for the role.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma level.
- Proficient in speaking Mandarin, English and Malay.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
