Leasing Officer | Retail | Property Developer | Up To HK$35,000

Our client is a leading multinational corporation and one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. Their diverse capabilities in property development and investment, hotel and serviced suite operation, property and project management, pub operation, and investment in infrastructure and utility asset operation.

Currently, they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their Retail Leasing division, providing a full range of professional building management services. The total floor area under the Group's property management is approximately 270 million sq.ft.

About The Role

• Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for retail properties.
• Undertake leasing negotiations and build good relationships with existing and potential tenants.
• Handle inspections, negotiate, and interact with prospective and existing Tenants on new lettings, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews as well as rent collection and preparing related documents.
• Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreements, and monthly reports, and conduct market research.
• Coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control, and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from a property developer/agency
• Good business network with retail tenants/property agencies
• Good negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and outgoing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
