About The Role
- Report to the Marketing Head and work closely with regional teams for SEO strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other elements to ensure high search engine rankings and excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to craft SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target audience and brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and address technical SEO issues, ensuring the website meets industry best practices and search engine guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to enhance our strategies.
- Provide SEO training and support to team members to foster a culture of SEO awareness across the organization.
- Developing link-building strategies and partnerships to improve domain authority
Requirement
- Degree holder or above.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience. If experience gained from the Financial Industry and Regional prospect will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Proficiency in search engine tools
- Good numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Good English and Chinese language skills
