Job Responsibilities:
Retention & Lifecycle Campaign Management
- Design and execute retention strategies across email and in-app channels, including journey mapping, segmentation, content planning, A/B testing, scheduling, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven reports to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and ongoing optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product, Content, Design, Operations, and Promotionsto align strategy, asset delivery, and timelines for the effective execution of retention and broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team on regular and ad-hoc client email communications (e.g., monthly notices, urgent updates), ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Marketing Analytics & Tracking Setup
- Set up smart tracking links (e.g., OneLink) with deep linking and UTM tagging to support seamless cross-platform user journeys.
- Integrate tracking mechanisms with internal platforms to ensure accurate user source attribution and comprehensive campaign performance analysis.
Research & Insights
- Conduct ongoing research audience behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform retention efforts and support actionable implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role within the fintech industry; experience in the forex sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of segmentation logic, customer lifecycle stages, and app behavior triggers, with practical experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in Marketo, AppsFlyer, OneLink, and UTM/deep link tracking.
- Basic HTML skills and familiarity with UI/UX-friendly content writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
