Currently, they are looking for the Client Support Associate to join their Malaysia team. The role is reporting to the Country Manager, majorly responsible for providing an outstanding, positive, and memorable experience to every one of our customers. To ensure all clients enquiries and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Making sure every single client is provided with best customer service through all stages of their journey.

Salary & Benefit:

  • 5 days work: Monday to Friday
  • Basic salary up to MYR 4,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
  • Familiarisation with the company's products, platforms, offers, policies, procedures, and other updates.
  • Stay up to date on general market conditions in providing ultimate customer service.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality of customer service assistance via all touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Professionally and efficiently handling inbound chats, calls, emails, and tickets received via our various communication channels and managed via our platforms.
  • Raise, handle, and resolve all customers complaints assuring the appropriate follow-up and liaising with all the needed parties.
  • Conduct after sales outbound calls, chats or emails for follow-up and technical assistance purposes when needed.
  • Any other reasonable duties requested such as documents translation, system testing, and other similar tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree level.
  • Proficient in speaking Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Experience in general customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work different shift patterns to support our international clients (5am to 2pm / 1pm to 10pm / public holiday)
