As a market leader in the sector, combining service of sales, marketing, distribution, and contracting with engineering solutions for the construction and industrial business sectors for Hong Kong, China, and Macau markets. And specializes in Lamps & Lighting, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Building Services.

The significant high-profile infrastructure projects include the new Hong Kong Airport, the Lantau Airport Railway, the Tsing Ma Bridge and Western Harbour Tunnel, Tseung Kwan O Extension, West Rail, and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Duties

• As a Manager of the MVAC division, mainly responsible for team resources and manpower for suitable projects.
• Drive engagement by building a professional and proactive relationship with all key stakeholders within the industry.
• Customize business solutions and account configuration by involving tendering to project delivery.
• Responsible for tendering and estimation, contractor management, project cost review, and pricing negotiation.
• Attending both internal and external meetings from design stats, site visits, and delivery.
• Strategic implementation of innovative solutions uplifts industry-standard, productivity, and safety through
• Work closely with internal teams to implement and evaluate business development activities.
• Any ad hoc tasks/projects will be assigned by management.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering
• 5-8 years of Engineering or Manufacturing related experience in MVAC / HVAC / Ventilation product
• A track record of past successful completed projects is required.
• With excellent skills in relationship maintenance and building.
• Extensive skills in research, analysis, and comparison are important.
• Enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
