Our client is a HK Stock Exchange Listed main contractor with over 50 years of professional experience in construction. They are principally engaged in the core construction and property development businesses with the professional capability to undertake large integrated construction projects.



About The Role:

• Execute employee life cycle with a focus on talent acquisition, employee retention and employees on/off boarding logistics.
• Work closely with business on manpower planning, sourcing talents, hiring process and employee development plan.
• Provide professional advice to business ensuring company mission and vision are adhered to.
• Partner with line manager on manpower planning, talents acquisition and executing employee life cycle.
• Provide data on HR Dashboard
• Provide most updated market information and practice to line manager ensuring we are competitive in attracting and retaining talents.
• Assist line manager in developing and managing HR dashboard.
  

Requirement 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management 
• At least 3 years of solid Recruitment experience gained from In-House recruitment team
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English language with good writing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
• Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, positive working attitude and adapted to change
