Fintech Junior Marketing Executive | CFD | MYR 4,500

Our client is a regulated entity with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. Established since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and daily marketing operations. 

Marketing Operations

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and monitor campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.

Email Direct Marketing (EDM)

• Develop, schedule, and execute Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns.
• Generate engaging email content based on company announcements, including product updates, system maintenance notices, market analysis reports, events, webinars, and other corporate communications.
• Ensure all email content aligns with company branding and compliance requirements.

Content & Creative Support

• Assist in creating marketing content for social media, forums, and promotional materials.
• Perform basic graphic design and image editing using tools such as Canva.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely production of marketing assets.
• Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Marketing Materials & Merchandise

• Maintain and organize marketing collateral, promotional merchandise, and sales materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering when necessary.
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in marketing or administrative support (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and initiative.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
