As a comprehensive financial service provider and offer a diversified range of investment products, including CFD foreign exchange, Precious Metals, energy and major global indices.
About The Role:
Currently our client looking for an Associated Director to join their Hong Kong headquarter, in developing and implementing business expansion strategies for precious metals and foreign exchange trading products in Southeast Asia.
- Create, implement, and oversee regional sales strategies and business plans within Southeast Asia
- Identify new market opportunities, new trends and develop sales growth strategies.
- Identify key clients and partners across Southeast Asia and build sustainable relationships with these clients through varied retention strategies
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local partners, institutions, or key clients to drive business growth for the fintech platform.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and client needs, and submit regular business reports and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in designing business models and cooperation plans suitable for the local market, and collaborate with the marketing and product departments to promote their implementation.
- Lead the business team to achieve sales targets and cultivate promising business talent.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management
- Financial technology industries such as foreign exchange, securities, futures, precious metals, and payments
- Cross-industry experience such as e-commerce, cross-border trade, enterprise services, technology sales, and gaming, with experience in cross-border business or client development
- Priority will be given to candidates with knowledge of the Southeast Asian market, local networks, or cross-cultural business experience
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; able to conduct business independently and adaptable to business travel
- Language requirements: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
