The significant high-profile infrastructure projects include the new Hong Kong Airport, the Lantau Airport Railway, the Tsing Ma Bridge and Western Harbour Tunnel, Tseung Kwan O Extension, West Rail, and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

About The Role:

• Handle Parts and service ordering, Rental invoicing;
• Handle enquiries, understand client requirements, and identify possible solutions.
• Provide support on daily sales activities, including shipment order processing, preparing quotations, and monitoring delivery schedules.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• A diploma holder in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years cof ustomer service or sales administration and shipping relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Business Central (BC)/ Dynamics 365(D365)
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge of spare parts is preferred
• Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
